Our Intake Process

We believe mentorship should be structured, supportive, and tailored to each individual. That’s why our intake process is designed to introduce you to the team, clarify your goals, and set you up for success from day one. Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Expression of Interest

Your journey begins with a simple expression of interest. This helps us understand your background, your goals, and what you’re hoping to achieve with us.

Step 2: Application & Call with Isla

Once we receive your expression of interest, we’ll send you a link to our application website. You’ll then be scheduled for a call with Isla, our Intake Officer. Isla’s role is to walk you through the process, answer any questions, and ensure the program you choose is the right fit for your needs.

Step 3: Program Selection & Induction

After you select your program, you’ll meet your mentor in person for a one-on-one induction before the program officially begins. This meeting is your opportunity to connect with your mentor, set expectations, and prepare for the journey ahead.

Step 4: Mentorship Begins

When your program starts, you’ll experience full mentorship support:

• Eden – your primary mentor, guiding you through the curriculum and business strategies.

• Isla – your HR support and point of contact whenever you need additional guidance outside of direct mentoring.

• Mia – your goal-setting coach, working with you in dedicated sessions to reflect, refine, and track your progress.

Why Three Mentors?

Mentorship is about more than advice—it’s about learning to diversify your knowledge and resources. We understand that in this industry, having support from more than one source is vital.

• Isla is here to provide objective HR support, giving you a safe and professional outlet beyond your mentor.

• Mia handles your goal-setting sessions separately from your learning environment, because reflection deserves its own space.

• Eden focuses on your mentorship journey, ensuring your program is practical, empowering, and results-driven.

Together, this structure gives you a full circle of support—so you’re never navigating your growth alone.

Success Stories

Mentee Aug 2024

One of my biggest fears before applying was whether my personal life would stay private. From the very first call with Isla, I felt reassured—everything was handled discreetly, and I never felt pressured to share more than I wanted. The team respected my boundaries while still giving me all the tools I needed to succeed. Knowing I had HR support separate from my mentor made me feel safe and confident. It’s rare to find that kind of respect in this industry, and it’s why I would recommend this program to anyone who values discretion.

Mentee Jan 2025

As a full-time uni student, I was worried I’d struggle to keep up. But the structure of the program made it surprisingly manageable. Mia helped me set realistic goals around my studies and business, and Eden tailored the mentorship so I never felt overwhelmed. Instead of competing with uni, this program actually taught me how to make the two work together. I’ve gained so much clarity around time management and now I feel confident juggling both worlds.

Mentee April 2025

Before starting, I relied on other people to tell me what to do with my business. This mentorship completely shifted that. Eden gave me strategies, Isla helped me navigate tricky chats, and Mia guided my reflections—but ultimately, I learned how to self-manage. I can now plan my week, keep track of my finances, and set boundaries with confidence. The best part is I don’t feel dependent—I feel equipped. I finally know how to run my work like a professional business, not just a job.

From the Mentors

When I first entered this industry, I noticed how much knowledge was gatekept. Too often, workers were expected to learn the hard way—through trial and error, through mistakes that could have been avoided. I wrote this book because I believe privacy and professionalism should never come at the expense of growth. Mentorship for me is about giving women the business skills they need to run their work independently, while also protecting their personal lives. I want my mentees to leave knowing they don’t need to compromise their boundaries to succeed.

Mentor Eden

I’ve always believed that good business is built on clarity and structure. That’s why I mentor and why I co-wrote this book—to create a resource that cuts through the noise and provides practical systems anyone can apply. Privacy is central to that. Our mentees deserve to keep their personal lives separate while building professional brands that last. My role is to help them set goals, reflect honestly, and develop strategies that fit their unique circumstances. Mentorship isn’t about telling people what to do—it’s about equipping them to make strong, confident decisions for themselves.
